Controller
Cyberross OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller for public-site enquiries, commercial relationships, and platform administration. For client workspace content, roles may depend on the service agreement.
Data we collect
We process account and membership data, authentication and audit records, service communications, and the business contact details submitted through the workspace request form. The public form does not ask for hostnames, credentials, or confidential scope.
Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and secure the service and fulfil contracts.
- Respond to enquiries and prepare requested proposals.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and abuse-prevention obligations.
- Improve reliability using proportionate operational telemetry.
Hosting and recipients
The platform is hosted in the EU. We use limited infrastructure and security providers listed on the subprocessors page. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only for the service, legal, security, and commercial periods that apply. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing by contacting [email protected].
Complaints
You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in your EEA country.
